Lovely, spacious, clean room

The dining scene nearby is pretty cool! I hit up Gyoza No OSho for some killer dumplings and grabbed a burger at McD’s, which kept me fueled. The modern vibe of the hotel and the exceptional staff really topped it off—such warmth! Perfect spot to unwind after long days.

We snagged a double room but were floored that all of them weren't quiet—traffic noise was a buzzkill. Plus, the light switches were a head-scratcher. had to turn on everything just to light up the bathroom! Still managed to snooze, though.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

The location was incredibly convenient, just steps away from the Osaka Metro and near popular attractions like Dotonbori. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond when we needed assistance, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, but the limited dining options around the area were a bit of a hassle.

I recently spent three nights at this lovely hotel, and I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom and the convenience of nearby metro lines just steps away. The public bath was so relaxing, and I really liked the aromatherapy options available. The only downside was that the business center required a fee for non-gold members and didn’t offer hot tea—would've loved some English Breakfast! 🌟

We booked a double room and requested a quieter option, but all double rooms face the busy expressway—traffic noise creeps in even from the 13th floor. The lighting setup in the room is perplexing. you have to turn on every light just to get the bathroom illuminated. Additionally, the bar tends to be understaffed in the evenings, making after-dinner drinks a missed opportunity. If you're not a gold member, using the business center will cost you, and it's missing simple options like hot tea during colder months.

Great locations make it easy to explore shopping streets, while the self-laundry and cozy gym are helpful amenities.
